WPT Returns to FSN for Season 10

Fox Sports Net sees the return of the World Poker Tour Season 10, starting on 12th February at 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. local time.
Season nine saw ratings increase by 30 per cent, so FSN has increased the episodes of WPT from 26 to 37 for season 10. To give viewers more action leading up to the final table and a look behind the scenes, each tournament will split into three separate episodes.
Adam Pliska, WPT President, said last season’s innovations had received much support from fans and viewers. “For WPT Season X, we’re debuting more innovations and giving our audience even more reasons to tune in each week,” he said.
The CEO of WPT, Steve Heller, also commented on the support received, stating one vital element to the success of WPT were the hosts Mike Sexton and Vince Van Patten who have been the best in the business for ten years.
Eight Main Events are left on WPT’s Season 10 schedule. Two tournaments are to be played in Europe – in Venice, Italy in February and WPT Vienna in March, which last year held the record for the largest field at a WPT Main Event in Europe
